The work
We paint and finish drywall for homeowners and property managers across Halifax, Dartmouth, Bedford, Sackville, Hammonds Plains and Tantallon.
Almost everything we do is occupied houses. Half the job is covering floors properly, working around a family who are still living there, and leaving the place tidy at the end of the day.
You would see a house through from the first drop sheet to the last wall rather than being pulled off it halfway to patch somebody else's schedule. It is painting and drywall only, so if you are after variety across trades this will feel narrow.

The shift schedule, what the day looks like, what we expect, and the pay. In writing, before you come in, so you can read it at home.
A 30-minute meeting
In person, somewhere easy to get to. We go through it together and you ask whatever you want.
You sign and we set your start date
Same meeting, if it works for both of us. You leave knowing when you start and what you are on.
