Halifax Regional Municipality, and we mean it as a service area rather than a marketing line.
Halifax
Peninsula homes, the south end, the north end and everything out to the Armdale rotary. Older housing stock, which means plaster walls, thick trim with decades of paint on it, and rooms that have been repainted more times than anyone has counted. That is normal here, and it is priced into the quote rather than discovered halfway through.
Bedford
Interior repaints, basement drywall and exterior work on newer builds and established streets alike. Bedford is a short run for us, which makes it easy to schedule small repair jobs without travel swallowing the visit.
Hammonds Plains
Larger lots and larger houses, and a lot of exterior work exposed to more wind and sun than a sheltered street in town. Exterior painting out here is worth doing properly, because a wall that only got one thin coat will tell you about it.
Tantallon
Interior and exterior painting, drywall installation for basement finishes and additions, and repair work. Same crew, same schedule, no minimum travel radius nonsense.
Sackville
Lower Sackville and Middle Sackville. A lot of our drywall work is here: basements being finished, walls opened up during other work and closed back in, and repairs in homes that have settled.
Dartmouth
Interior painting and drywall across Dartmouth and the surrounding neighbourhoods. Bridge traffic does not change our rates.
